International Technical Cooperation
54. The ROC government pays great attention to international
technical cooperation in agriculture. We send technicians abroad
for advanced training or study, and in turn train technicians
from other nations, as well as host foreign visitors interested
in our experience in agriculture.
55. The ROC government has been very happy to share its agriculture
development experience. Since 1959 more than 90 agricultural missions
have been dispatched to more than 60 countries. About 40 missions
are currently at work in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America,
and the Asia-Pacific.
